TERMS

LAST UPDATED: 11 OCTOBER 2026

1. Who we are

Happost (“Happost”, “we”) operates the website happost.com. You can reach us through the contact form. These terms apply whenever you visit or use Happost. By creating an account or using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Happost.

2. What Happost is, and what it is not

  • Happost is a platform for content created by its users. Approved affiliates share items that are sold on Hacoo or YepExpress, with their own photos and their own affiliate link. Members react, comment, subscribe and post reviews of items they received.
  • Happost is not a shop and not the seller. We do not sell, stock, ship or deliver any item, and we are not a party to any purchase. When you follow a link you leave Happost and buy from a third-party shop under that shop’s own terms, prices and policies. Questions about orders, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and warranties must be addressed to that shop.
  • Happost is independent. It is not operated, endorsed or sponsored by Hacoo, YepExpress or any brand shown on the site. Brand names belong to their owners.
  • Items, photos, descriptions and reviews are written by users. We moderate content under our rules, but we do not inspect the goods and cannot guarantee that any item, description, review or score is accurate, complete or current.

3. Affiliate links

Outbound links on Happost are affiliate links. If you buy after following one, the person who shared the item may earn a commission from the shop, at no extra cost to you. Happost counts clicks on these links to produce statistics and to check which members may post a verified review.

4. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account.
  • Give a valid email address, keep your password secret and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
  • One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

5. Affiliates

  • Only approved affiliates may share items and stories. Approval is at our discretion and may be withdrawn.
  • Affiliates act in their own name and on their own account. They are not employees, agents or partners of Happost, and they alone are responsible for their content, their links and their relationship with the shop’s affiliate programme, including any tax or disclosure duties.
  • Affiliates must follow the sharing rules, including the authenticity declaration for branded items.

6. Your content

  • You keep the rights to the photos and text you publish.
  • You grant Happost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, translate, display and distribute your content on Happost and in its notifications, emails, previews and search-engine listings, for as long as the content is on the site. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that remain for a short time in backups or that we must keep by law.
  • You confirm that the content is yours, or that you have the right to publish it, that it is truthful, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.
  • Reviews must describe your own real experience with an item you actually received.

7. Moderation

  • We may review content before or after it is published, and we may refuse, hide, remove or limit content that breaks these terms or the rules, using both automated checks (for example for links, promotion and banned words) and human moderators.
  • Anyone can report content with the REPORT button. If you think content infringes your rights, including intellectual property rights, use the contact form and give the address of the content and the reason.
  • If we remove your content or restrict your account, we tell you why, and you can ask for a review by a person through the contact form.

8. Things you must not do

  • Break the rules, the law, or the rights of others.
  • Manipulate reactions, match scores, reviews, ratings or click counts.
  • Copy or collect content or data from Happost by automated means without our written permission, or interfere with the operation or security of the site.

9. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using Happost and delete your account at any time in your settings.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the rules. For affiliates the steps are a warning, then a 7-day pause, then closure; serious violations can lead to immediate closure.
  • We may change, suspend or discontinue Happost or parts of it. Where reasonably possible we give notice in advance.

10. Liability

  • Happost is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for purchases you make from third-party shops, for the quality, safety, legality, authenticity or delivery of items, for the content of other users, or for third-party websites reached through links.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we tell registered users on the site or by email before it takes effect. If you continue to use Happost after that date, the new terms apply to you.

12. Law and contact

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy notice. For questions about these terms, use the contact form.
